Support The maintenance contract covers telephone and email support, as well as bug fixes and updates to the underlying database program. Maintenance is free for the first six months, and is then charged annually at 20% of the contract amount. The maintenance contract is renewed annually, and invoiced quarterly in advance. All support requests are acknowledged on receipt, and are normally resolved within 24 hours. Payment If you accept a quote, you will need to sign a contract and return it with a first stage payment of 25% of the quote amount. Further stage payments will be specified in both the quote and the contract. The balance of the account will be due on delivery. Payments are accepted in either British pounds or Euros. |
Terms in brief
Cancellation You can cancel a contract at any time. Staged payments already made are not refundable. Confidentiality All information you provide at any stage, be that for an estimate or quote, or as part of a contract, will be treated in the strictest confidence. A letter of confidentiality will be provided with all contracts, and you can request a letter of confidentiality at any time. |
